Five of the six are fully under your control within a day of delivery. The phone number is the one that is not, and it deserves its own section.

The 2FA password is the ownership test

If the account has two-step verification switched on and the seller has not given you the password, you do not own the account. You are borrowing it.

The number is the limit of full access, and there are two fixes

Even complete control has a boundary, and honest sellers say so out loud. If the number the account was registered on is released and reissued by the carrier, whoever gets it next can request a login code. Number origin decides how likely that is, and nothing you do inside the account prevents the number itself being reissued.

There are only two real answers.
